From the point of view of the actual car hire, we were delighted with the whole experience. We were delayed a day but that was no problem and an upgraded car was waiting for us at the airport. The thing that really stood out for us was that when our grandson was rushed to hospital the night before we were due to fly home, Yiannis could not have been more helpful or supportive, recommending a lovely hotel for us to stay in and offering to help with any arrangements etc.
