I didn’t know Value Plus before visiting Corfu but I was extremely satisfied with the service.
Right as we exited the airport we noticed the guy with the ValuePlus sign waiting for us, which took us the offices (5 minutes drive).
We got a brand new car (automatic), and the lovely lady at the desk even offered to get us free late return, so we could return the car until 07:00PM without extra charge, and we also had a 2nd driver option for free.
She didn’t even try to sell us extra insurances plan like most places do.
They have 24/7 phone and Whatsapp emergency service, so even if you only have a data plan for your phone you can reach them.
When we retured the car and still had time for the airport they offered we store the luggage at the office while we tour the area.
I super recommend them for anyone visiting Corfu!

C’est notre deuxième réservation et elle fût plus que réussie. Nous avons connu un souci technique avec notre premier véhicule (i20) problème d’embrayage, voiture bloquée. Dès notre appel téléphonique signalant la panne, il a fallu moins d’une heure pour envoyer une dépanneuse et nous procurer une nouvelle voiture. Tout cela sans stress et avec le sourire.
Un tout grand merci à votre agent qui nous a permis de poursuivre nos vacances agréablement sur les petites routes des villages en montagne.
De plus, Value+ fonctionne avec un tarif plus que favorable par rapport aux autres loueurs.
Encore un tout grand merci et nous compterons à nouveau sur vous l’année prochaine.

I wish to thank all the staff for the outstanding customer service we received  when we hired a car from you. Despite our flight being delayed, your representative was waiting for us at arrivals and transported us the very short distance to collect our car which was in pristine condition and thoroughly valeted. The paperwork was painless and quick and we were given a clear explanation of the car’s various driving features. Thank you so much for an excellent service on Corfu this week.  Your organisation was first class, the car was excellent and the whole experience was smooth, good value and done with a friendly attitude.  Our flight was delayed due to a storm over Corfu, but we were able to communicate with Value Plus staff and they were ready and waiting to pick us up at the airport although we were a few hours delayed.  First class and already going to book 2 cars for ourselves and family next year.  We are regular visitors to Corfu and we will not look anywhere else now for car hire.  I think the young man in charge is Alexandross – well done on your operation and all the staff.  Thank you.  Maureen & Peter D
