Just returned our car today and can not praise Debbie and her team enough for a very  relaxed hire experience. All staff polite and helpful in spite of Covid restrictions and the gold Insurance cover avoids all of the stress from accidental damage

I booked a car with ValuePlus for the second time and again everything was excellent. We were welcomed by a ValuePlus representative in front of the arrival building of the airport. He was very kind and relaxed and gave us some minutes before he drove us to the company office which is located nearby the airport (about 1 km). Paper work was realised very fast and only half an hour after disembarking the plane we were sitting in our nice and disinfected car. Returning the car was as smooth as pick up. Five stars for ValuePlus!

We just wanted to say a big thank for making our hiring of a car so easy and simple.  The service we were provided with  was excellent and we were very impressed with everything, from being collected at the airport, picking up the car and dropping it back. The sat nav was very helpful helping us find our way back to your office to drop the car off. Everyone was very friendly and made it stress free with all the Covid safe practices in place. Met on time at the airport, friendly guy in a very clean mini bus who helped us with the luggage and it’s only a five minute drive to the Vale Plus compound.

Greeted by very friendly staff and all as arranged on the internet. No extra costs and all was fully compliant with the present COVID situation.
The hire car was clean and sanitised .

Upon return they quickly checked the vehicle and fuel is topped up to the agreed half tank of fuel.
Again they helped with our luggage into the  mini bus for the five minute Return trip to the airport.
So often you read of poor car hire companies.
Value Plus did not disappoint us in any way and we wish them continued success.

Would just like to say thankyou the service you give right from booking through to dropping us back at the airport is fantastic all the staff are very friendly doing the paperwork was so simple we were there for about 5 mins then on our way thankyou again will definitely be in touch for next year.
