Just returned from another great week in Kaminaki and experienced once more the outstanding service from your company. I’ve rented vehicles in the USA, Spain, Italy, mainland Greece, Majorca and France. I thought the industry was one completely dominated by the pursuit of profit with only lip service paid to customer care: not in the case of Value plus. Thank you for helping make our holiday run smoothly and providing a product and service that completely reflects your company’s name: Value – you provided us with an immaculately presented 108 convertible that could not be matched by other providers; Plus – the friendliest welcome one could wish for on arrival; Plus – staff who were knowledgeable and helpful (not just wanting to grab your credit card); Plus – a’glass, tyes etc’ waiver policy that was courteously offered at a very low premium; Plus – an exceptional roadside assistance (got tyre stuck in gully), Plus – a convenient and hassle free drop off at the airport.
