I recently hired a car from ValuePlus (CorfuCarRentals) and wanted to share my experience. The car was totally problem-free, the booking process was very easy, the value compared to other Corfu car hire firms I looked at was incredible (loved the fact that the price included all necessary insurance without any excesses), but most important was the extra mile that the company went in several ways. First of all as soon as I booked, I received several personal emails from Debbie offering helpful advice, in particular detailed information on where to find the Sidari office. Even better, at the time for collecting the car that I had arranged, it was pouring with rain so as it was over a mile to walk from where I was staying, I was waiting for it to ease before setting out. Instead, at the arranged time, a helpful man arrived to give me a lift to the office to save me getting wet. What amazing service. Most appreciated.Highly recommended.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Debbie and Nico for providing our car this month as it was a special event My nieces wedding on picking up my car  I was pleased that I had a brand new car a Fiat Tippo both Debbie and Nico did us all proud and they have my thanks for delivering on there promises once again.

I have been using ValuePlus for many years and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. The price quoted is the price you pay and no attempts to upsell are made. Drop off is extremely easy at the Airport and collections have always been performed quickly and smoothly.  Cars have always been in a good condition, keep giving the bigger operators a run for their money!!

Fabulous experience from start to finish. Way much better than the usual nightmare of hiring a car (particularly from an airport). Really friendly and helpful guys picked us up from the airport – no waiting – straight to the offices five minutes’ away. We signed the paperwork, which took another fie minutes and then we were off and away.  Our little Micra took us all over the place and managed all the hills with ease and was super-easy to park. The very cheap undercarriage, windscreen and tyre insurance extra add-on gave us total piece of mind.  Am just about to book again with them.  On return, we were dropped straight back to the airport from the nearby offices. This is in peak July – no waiting. Cannot be beaten for efficiency.

I would happily recommend your car hire service to everyone. The booking process was simple, followed up by welcoming emails which were a lovely touch before we left for our holiday. On arrival we were greeted at the airport with a personal name sign and helped with our cases. The car was in excellent condition and again the paperwork was simple and there were no pressure insurance sales. Our luggage was loaded into the car for us whilst we did the paperwork. On return our flights had been changed to a later time and the car was late back. This was not a problem and the transfer coach was ready and waiting for us, we didn’t even need to park the car.  The owner and staff of this company all seem to work very hard to give the very best service possible and  I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Just wanted to thank you yet again for sorting our car hire. We have dealt with you now for around 8 years…. always first hand personal service and hassle free car hire.

We completed our rental last week. (16 Aug 2017). Excellent service with very smooth pick-up & drop-off. We rent probably 6-10 cars a year in various countries, but mostly from the ‘majors’; they could learn a great deal about service from this small company. The measure of service is surely a company’s attitude to, and resolution of, a problem. Despite being in the middle of the busiest season of the year and the challenges of personnel and vehicle logistics, Value Plus certainly lived up to their ‘Plus’. Their attitude and service in expeditiously replacing our initial vehicle (minor problem) was excellent, even to the extent of supplying a higher category (or 2?) above the original. Definitely Value PLUS. Thankyou.
