We completed our rental last week. (16 Aug 2017). Excellent service with very smooth pick-up & drop-off. We rent probably 6-10 cars a year in various countries, but mostly from the ‘majors’; they could learn a great deal about service from this small company. The measure of service is surely a company’s attitude to, and resolution of, a problem. Despite being in the middle of the busiest season of the year and the challenges of personnel and vehicle logistics, Value Plus certainly lived up to their ‘Plus’. Their attitude and service in expeditiously replacing our initial vehicle (minor problem) was excellent, even to the extent of supplying a higher category (or 2?) above the original.
