Cannot recommend Value Plus highly enough! After researching many other firms who wanted huge amounts of money up front on account of insurance excesses, it was a relief to find Value Plus who require no such thing. The booking process was very simple and Sophia answered any queries quickly and efficiently. We were met on arrival in Corfu all as arranged and the rep could not have been more helpful. We just returned home after our holiday in Corfu and after using Value Plus car rental. The service was great once again with everything going smoothly as we used two cars on this occasion due to the need to upgrade to a larger car as we were joined for our last week by my children and grand children. The help and advice from Sophia when initially booking was much appreciated and cost effective. We would also like to thank Yannis who met us at the airport when we changed vehicles for his help with our Son Michael, who had arranged to go to Corfu to surprise us and had made his own booking through Thomas Cook and ‘Budget Car Hire’, to get his own car, only to find on his arrival that it appeared that some kind of ‘scam/cheat’ was being carried out and that he was being required to provide his credit card details or security for 700 Euros as an excess before being allowed to take the car. Yannis spoke with the ‘Budget Hire Rep’ on our behalf, in an effort to resolve the problem, but without success and in the end Yannis provided my son with a vehicle from Value Plus. We now need to try to get a refund from Thomas Cook, but expect there to be difficulties. Sophia, Yannis and ‘The Team from Value Plus’ were great and I would highly recommend them. (PS) Sophia, Harrison liked the kittens that you showed us at the office in Sidari (the mainly white ones) and asks if one can be called ‘Lincoln’. Thanks again for everything. From the point of view of the actual car hire, we were delighted with the whole experience. We were delayed a day but that was no problem and an upgraded car was waiting for us at the airport. The thing that really stood out for us was that when our grandson was rushed to hospital the night before we were due to fly home, Yiannis could not have been more helpful or supportive, recommending a lovely hotel for us to stay in and offering to help with any arrangements etc.

Have just returned from Corfu and had arranged car hire with Valueplus. Cannot fault the organisation – were met at airport, smooth transaction, great car, easy handover, great price. Thoroughly recommended.

Superb from start to finish. I booked online hours before our flight from UK to Corfu. The car was delivered to the hotel as requested on time by a very helpful gentleman who went through everything carefully and efficiently. Six days later we left the car in the hotel car park and the key at Reception to be collected. So easy and effortless. The car ran brilliantly and we happily explored the island in it. Would certainly recommend this company.
